I have been making water kefir for about 6 months now. Have had a great experience. The kefir grains have more than tripled in quantity and are very happy. I will be travelling for 3 months. How can I leave my kefir behind at home, so they are still doing well after I return

I would just keep those grains in the fridge. I've had grains in the fridge for over a year and they came back to full life after 2 batches.
