Hi. I have just received my water kefir grains, but frustratingly I can't use them as I am now away from home for 2 months! Can I simply store the little pack as delivered in the post?
They will probably be fine if you put them in the fridge for a couple months. If you have time though, its better if you transfer the grains to a jar of sugar water in the fridge.
