Hello kefir friends, I'm worried I may have used too hot of water in my initial feeding of the grains i recieved in the mail. Does anyone know how i can tell if there still working?
I think if it was only short term contact, they should be fine. Only real way to know is to do a batch though. It takes a lot to kill the grains, so I suspect they are just fine.
