Ignored Kombucha

Postby jc7 » Thu Oct 08, 2015 6:03 pm

This is scobies on steroids (pu-erh tea)
These pictures are from a 2 gallon jug after being ignored for months.
i don't remember when I made it.
Starter was 2 gallons, 16 oz white sugar and 16 oz of pu-erh tea.
It was ignored for at least a couple of months.
I removed a liter and added a cup of sugar a cup of tea and water to 1 liter.
Three times.
You can see by the pictures when they were fed.

Oh wow, those are huge. You could cut them up and have a feast for dinner. I've left my kombucha for a while and its amazing how it just keeps growing until there's no liquid left.

OK wow those are really good. Honestly I learned about Kombucha and have been researching on details but never saw anyone to do this in this way. Great Work. Also for a good recipe follow here:

Ps: My favorite are Kombucha and Boba
