Can I reuse the used scoby or I always use only the fresh one? Thanx
Absolutely you can reuse the scoby. Technically you can reuse scoby's as many times as you would like. I think it does tend to get more yeasty with subsequent batches and it gets harder to grow good scobys, but it will usually still make great kombucha.
