Ok someone give me some ideas on what i can mix into Kefir cheese? It's so easy to make using cheese cloth.

I keep thing almonds and pecans

would dill, chives and celery seed work?

how long would this cheese last in the fridge?

garlic and chives

pizza seasoning blend

dill chives and celery sounds like it'd be nice! And if I did almonds I might mix in some cherries, or if I did pecan I'd add some maple syrup...but depends if you're going after sweet or savory!

I'd just look up some cheeseball or creamcheese recipes online honestly!
