Has anybody tried this? I've seen vegan cream cheeses made with coconut milk and coconut oil so I know that coconut milk can be made in to cream cheese, but i've seen nothing on kefir coconut cream cheese. would i simply do the same thing as would regular milk? by straining through cheese cloth? i would definitely start with a thicker coconut milk to start and let it culture longer too. just curious if anybody has tried this before i give it a go
