Use coconut milk for villi ???

Hello, good info at these forums, thanks and keep up the good work !
Can one use fresh squeezed coconut milk to make villi, as I do with kefir grains ??

Yes you can. It's not ideal for the viili bacteria though, so I would recommend having another stater in pasteurized cows milk and then using that starter to make coconut milk viili. You could probably do a couple or so batches in coconut milk before having to start over with the starter from the cows milk.
