just took a peek at my gbp brew and it has developed a foam - lots of bubbles. It smells amazing. Just confirming if others have experienced this activity before.

Oh yes it can get fizzy, sometimes really fizzy like that. What's in it? When I put ginger in, it tends to go crazy like that. Yummy though.
