I have never heard of kefir and have no idea how to use it???

I found your site looking for straining lids for my own sourdough starter recipe that I have used off and own for 40 years, not long for the history of sourdough!

It took me FOREVER to figure out your screens are not FASHION COLORED! :oops: :oops: At least I'm hoping not as there were no color choices :?:

My daughter was in a near fatal crash and she has to work diligently to keep her guts healthy, so I am looking forward to researching your sight.

Best of luck for ever-improving health for your daughter. Great idea to start making your own cultured foods for her. I've been making Kefir for about two years now, and just love it.
